Is our assumption correct that past performance/references of wholly owned subsidiaries are attributable to the parent company with regard to technical capabilities (Para III.2.3)? Can we further assume that past performance/references of such subsidiaries in which the parent company holds a majority share are also attributable to the parent company?

References/past performance of subsidiaries are only considered as proof of the technical capabilities (Item III.2.3) of the parent company if the following declarations from such subsidiaries are submitted with the tender application:
- letter of intent as per III.2.3, according to which the subsidiaries are prepared to perform the corresponding work for the parent company.
-declarations/proofs from subsidiaries as required under III.2.1 and III.2.2.
