The Retail Operations & Leasing department, which is part of the Non Aviation Management division of Berlin Airports, is responsible for tenant management for the retail, food & beverage and service units at Berlin Airports. Our leasing and marketing specialists focus on design and strategy development for future retail units, acquiring prospective customers, support for refit and expansion work and many other tasks associated with center management:  

• Management and provision of operations support for current tenants

• Supervision and development of an optimum retail/service mix

• Success-driven development of tenant performance

• Contract and quality management

• Marketing and promotion activities
