Service Areas North and South - Service Centers for airside companies and logistics
Service Areas – prime airside and landside plots
The Service Areas North and South are located to the north-east and the south-east of the Airport City. These special areas are being developed for companies that work on the airside or are involved in airport operations. These will include ground handling services, security companies, the airport’s fire service, the energy centre and a wide range of other services and technical facilities essential for the airlines that operate at the airport and for smooth and safe airport operations.
The Service Areas provide direct access to the airport’s apron. Depending on access requirements, facilities will be located outside or inside the airport fence.
Location factors
The outstanding characteristics of the Airport City development are its excellent economic prospects, the high-quality location and exceptional regional and international transport infrastructure. By the time the new BBI Airport opens, the Airport City will comprise a 4-star hotel, an office and service centre, a car rental centre and four multi-storey car parks.
