No direct S-Bahn operating in the next two weeks between Berlin city centre and Schoenefeld Airport

From 10 p.m. on Friday, 01/06/07 through to 1.30 a.m. on Monday, 04/06/07, and from 10 p.m. on Friday, 15/06/07 through to 1.30 a.m. on Monday, 18/06/07, there will be interruptions to the direct S-Bahn service between the city centre and Schoenefeld Airport due to construction work.

The S-Bahn line S9 will only be running between Spandau and Schoeneweide and from 02/06/07 to 04/06/07 only between Ostbahnhof and Schoeneweide. A replacement bus service will be operated between Schoeneweide and Schoenefeld Airport. Buses will depart from Schoeneweide in the bus terminal loop at the Sterndamm exit.

We recommend using the Airport Express (RE 7 and RB 14) between the city centre and Schoenefeld Airport.
