The expansion of Schoenefeld Airport into BBI Airport is the capital’s biggest construction project. The BBI Infotower is open daily from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. ( from November 1st 2009 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., closed from December 24th until 26th 2009 and December 31st 2009 until January 1st 2010) and can be visited without booking in advance. Entry costs €2, discount €1. The 32-metre-high observation platform can be reached via the spiral staircase or elevator.

By car:
The BBI Infotower can be reached by car from the north via the A117 motorway or from the south via the A113 motorway. After the exit Waltersdorf/BBI-Baustelle, the way is signposted. Before the GAT/entrance to the south side of Schoenefeld Airport, the road leads left to the BBI Infotower. Parking is available.
By bus:
Bus number 734 takes you from the S-Bahn railway station Schoenefeld directly to the BBI Infotower. Please refer to the bus timetable on the website of the regional transport company Dahme-Spree mbH.
