In the processing of a bid for the above-mentioned project, you mention under II.2.1 that a total of eight performance profiles are required for general planning work.

Is it necessary for the bidding consortium/ARGE/GP with sub-planners to furnish the required proof from all participating offices or is it sufficient for the lead office to submit the full documentation on behalf of the consortium.

Answer FBS 10.1:

The declarations and proofs stipulated under Item III.2 should be submitted for sub-contractors and sub-planners in accordance with the conditions set out in Items III. 2.1., 2.2 and 2.3 of the published invitation to tender.

In item III 2.1.2, you demand a declaration in which III.2.1.) 2 a) requires confirmation “... that a person whose conduct can be assigned to the company has not been convicted of violating a specification outlined in § 5, no. 1, section 3 a-g VOL/A SKR”.

Are only sections a - c specified under § 5, no. 1, section 3 of the decree (VOL/A SKR)?

The requisite declarations concern the current 2006 version of § 5, no. 1, section 3 a-g VOL/A SKR.

In invitation to tender no. 2007/S 136-168027, you demand in item III.2.3), 5. submission of 5 work samples for the reference objects presented (max. A0). Does this mean that a maximum of 5 plans are to be submitted in A0 format or that several plans per object are possible for a maximum of 5 objects?

Answer FBS 13.1:

The text published demands submission of 5 work samples, whereby one work sample represents one document (e.g. an architect’s drawing). As work samples, drawings – in par-ticular concerning architectural drafts (ground plans, sections, views, diagrams) – are desired although the bidder is also free to include samples from other projects. The 5 documents can therefore relate to various projects. Scope is limited to a maximum of 5 documents, each folded to a maximum format of A0.
